  • November, 2017 – Present : Assistant Professor, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Patna, India.
  • November, 2016 – October, 2017 : Postdoctoral researcher in a project funded by the Israeli Science Foundation at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer Sheva, Israel.
  • February, 2015 – October, 2017 : Research Fellow, in project titled “Resistance Characteristics of Alluvial Channel with Mobile Bed vegetation”, funded by the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India.
Awards & Honours  
  • 2016: Kreitman Postdoctoral Fellowship for research at  Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer Sheva, Israel.
  • 2016: Invited to visit the Technische Universität München for one week and participated in the Research Opportunities Week, organised and fully funded by the TUM Talent Factory, Technical University of Munich, Germany.
  • 2014: Awarded 3rd prize in poster presentation in Assam Water Conference 2014.
