Facilities

Our lab is equipped with the latest and most advanced microfluidic devices and instrumentation. These include:


1. Microfluidic Chip Fabrication: Our cleanroom facilities enable the precise fabrication of microfluidic chips using photolithography, soft lithography, and other advanced techniques. These chips are the foundation of our experiments, enabling precise control over fluid flow and reactions.

2. Microscope Systems: High-resolution microscopy is essential for visualizing microfluidic experiments in real-time. Our lab is equipped with advanced fluorescence microscopes, confocal microscopes, and other imaging tools that allow us to capture dynamic processes occurring within microchannels.

3. Microfluidic Pumping Systems: We employ various pumping methods, such as pressure-driven, electroosmotic, and syringe pumps, to accurately control fluid flow rates and patterns within microchannels.

4. Temperature Control: Maintaining precise temperatures during experiments is crucial. Our lab has sophisticated temperature-controlled chambers and thermal management systems to ensure optimal conditions for reactions and cell cultures.

5. Biochemical Analysis: We utilize advanced techniques like microchip electrophoresis, microfluidic immunoassays, and single-cell analysis to study molecular interactions, cell behavior, and biomarker detection at the microscale.

UV-VIS spectroscopy, IR spectrometer, NMR spectrometer, TGA_DTA, SEC (with UV, RI, MALS and Viscommertry detectors), elemental analysis, Fluorescence spectrometer, AFM etc.
